摘要: The orientation and structure of gold particles formed by evaporation on rocksalt cleaved in ultrahigh vacuum have been studied at various stages the nucleation growth process. Besides four 200 twenty-four 220 spots which indicate presence (001) (111) respectively, abnormal 111 observed electron diffraction patterns taken earlier growth, unusual contrasts dark field micrographs using one spots. A multiply twinned particle model is proposed present author, appearance image can satisfactorily be explained this model.
