摘要: Quenched disorder in graphene is characterized by 5 constants and experiences the logarithmic renormalization even from spatial scales smaller than Fermi wavelength. We derive solve group equations (RGEs) describing system at such scales. At larger scales, we a nonlinear supermatrix $\ensuremath{\sigma}$ model completely localization crossovers between different ensembles. The parameters of this are determined solutions RGEs.
