摘要: Humoral hypercalcemia of malignancy (HHM) is most commonly encountered in squamous cell carcinoma (SCC) different organs, and It characterized by elevated parathyroid hormone-related peptide (PTHrP) levels. may be seen as a manifestation cholangiocarcinoma (CCC) at presentation later the course disease. However, HHM due to intrahepatic rare association associated with poor prognosis. We herein report case presenting first an underlying variant cholangiocarcinoma. Our patient 57-year-old male who presented emergency room severe symptoms constipation polyuria was admitted hospital for symptomatic hypercalcemia. He found have hypermetabolic 15 cm liver mass, abdominal lymph nodes on imaging, which subsequently diagnosed adenosquamous biopsy. This necessitated urgent inpatient treatment gemcitabine/cisplatin combination chemotherapy control aggressive nature malignancy. he deteriorated expired after three months his diagnosis. Adenosquamous very tumor. develops metaplasia usually has clinicopathological features. HMM life-threatening, yet unrecognized, phenomenon cholangiocarcinoma, represents prognostic marker. Prompt recognition this complication important preventing serious complications improve quality life these patients.
