摘要: Presented article suggests the novel hypothesis of carcinogenesis, where key moment for all types carcinogenesis (biological, physical, chemical) has been discussed. The thorough theoretical analysis mechanisms malignant transformation cells after influence carcinogens presented. Hypothesis highlights importance mitochondrial electron transport chain alterations, or disorders in major energetic apparatus cell, cytochrome structure disorders, increase pH, enzyme functioning, particular pyruvate dehydrogenase leading to anaerobic glycolysis, homocysteine accumulation and its further penetration cell nucleus, DNA mutations mechanism transformation. According suggested new targets cancer therapy emphasized.
