摘要: Abstract Investigation of the toxicological effects pentachlorophenol (PCP) and bisphenol A (BPA) alone in combination was carried out following method early life stage (ELS) test on zebrafish embryos. Both chemicals revealed lethal sub-lethal effects, such as no blood flow, cardiac edema, delayed hatching, tail malformations. According to their median effective concentrations (EC50 values) single exposure, toxic level PCP about two orders magnitude higher than that BPA. Result joint action modes varied depending different endpoints. Synergistic observed based endpoint 24 h mortality antagonistic effect displayed 72 h edema. It also found toxicity would be enhanced with addition BPA even below its concentration (NOEC) at 32 h increase influenced by unit (TU) ratio.
