摘要: Eyespot disease caused by the soil-borne facultative fungi Oculimacula yallundae and O. acuformis is major component of stem-base complex wheat in temperate regions world with a cool wet climate. In this review, we focus on results genetic studies concerning both partners host-pathogen interaction. This comprises analyses diversity pathogen identification particular genes within it, evaluation screening methods for host resistance, resistance sources genetics these resistances, breeding resistant cultivars wheat, application markers tagging tracking eyespot genes. We also attempt to foresee some key issues developments that may occur future. The tightly linked important research opening door marker-assisted selection varieties.
