摘要: The intracellular localization of acid phosphatase in guinea pig testicular interstitial cells was investigated by incubating nonfrozen thick sections glutaraldehyde-perfused testis a modified Gomori medium and preparing the tissue for electron microscopy. Lipofuscin pigment granules these contain dense pigment, granular matrix, often lipid droplet. Reaction product is seen matrix granules, they may therefore be called residual bodies. At least some appears to derived from myelin figures membrane whorls, since suitable intermediates can seen. Lipid droplets found free cytoplasm are another possible source pigment. In both cases chemical mechanism presumed autoxidation unsaturated lipid. Acid present inner cisterna Golgi elements. Enzyme activity also autophagic vacuoles bounded double membranes; reaction lies between membranes. Consideration enzyme as tracer suggests that complex. Possible stages formation cisternae observed.
