摘要: Cupressaceae pollen allergy is an important cause of throughout the world. Prevalence to has increased significantly during winter over past 3 decades because extensive planting cypress trees for different purposes. Thuja orientalis (Cupressaceae) a naturally grown plant in Iran and widely cultivated as common ornamental this country other ones. Allergenicity its been established, but day no allergenic component detected. The aim research study allergenicity evaluate immunoglobulin E reactivity T. extracts. Pollen grains were directly collected from mature male cones trees. proteins extracted analyzed by SDS-PAGE. Total protein content extracts was measured Bradford assay. Immunoblotting using serum sensitized rats showed single immunogenic band at about 44KD Result proved that are allergenic.
