摘要: Metastatic seminoma can potentially be confused with lymphoma in a lymph node biopsy. Here, we report case which the immunohistochemistry of CD10 was pitfall differential diagnosis metastatic seminoma, and further present brief study expression series. A 67-year-old man, who had history lobectomy lung due to squamous cell carcinoma 2 years prior, showed lymphadenopathy neck paraaorta on follow-up by fluorodeoxyglucose-positron emission computer tomography scan. The biopsy cervical demonstrated infiltration large atypical cells. results screening were CD20(-), CD3(-), CD10(+), CD30(-), AE1/AE3(-), placental alkaline phosphatase(-), providing impression CD10-positive lymphoma. However, following studies revealed germ characteristics [OCT3/4(+), SALL4(+), CLDN6(+)], confirming seminoma. We evaluated series seminomas (n=16). Strong positivity observed 14 cases; partial weak positivity, cases. These findings should considered
