Flow characteristics in single and sequential aorto-coronary by-pass grafts.

摘要: Thirty five patients, operated upon with an aorto-coronary by-pass graft to left anterior descending artery and a major diagonal branch, were prospectively analysed. The patients divided into two comparable groups, in whom single technique sequential was used respectively. Flows through the by-passes measured electromagnetically during operation. Flow significantly higher isolated than by-pass. branch showed no significant difference groups. resistance of intramyocardial coronary bed lower technique, while existed between both techniques.
