摘要: Abstract In a previous paper we characterized unilevel block α -circulants A = [ s - r ] , 0 n 1 m ∈ C d × 2 ⩽ in terms of the discrete Fourier transform F { … } defined by l ∑ e π i / . We showed that most theoretical and computational problems concerning can be conveniently studied corresponding coefficients individually. this show analogous results hold for ( k + ) -level matrices, where first levels have circulant structure entries at -st level are unstructured rectangular matrices.
