摘要: Despite the current standard treatments including surgical resection, radiation therapy and chemotherapy for maliganat gliomas, survival of these patients remains dismal. More effective therapies are urgently needed to be developed. Integrins affect multiple normal abnormal CNS functions, neural development, synaptogenesis, angiogenesis inflammation. The up-regulation integrins, focal adhesion complexes extracellular matrix laminin, vitronectin osteopontin in malignant gliomas provides new insights glioma therapy. There three major functions integrins tumor proliferation, invasion metastasis, angiogenesis. In addition, integrin-dependent regulation hypoxic responses also modulates radiosensitivity. several integrin-targeted anticancer drugs clinical trial. Furthermore, combination with disintegrin radiotherapy is available conclusion, cell-matrix regulate cell survival, invasion, migration, To improve overall rate a promising adjunctive surgery, temozolomide.
