摘要: The purpose of this study is to determine the phytochemicals and vitamin content Baccaurea angulata fruit. or locally known as 'belimbing dayak' hutan' an underutilized fruit family Euphorbiacea which widely distributed in Borneo several other region Indonesia. were divided into three different portion skin, berry whole phytochemical evaluated. results indicated that part contains flavonoid condensed tannin.
