摘要: Canine parvovirus (CPV) infection leads to reorganization of nuclear proteinaceous subcompartments. Our studies showed that virus causes a time-dependent increase in the amount viral nonstructural protein NS1 mRNA. Fluorescence recovery after photobleaching kinetics transcription-associated proteins, TATA binding (TBP), transcription factor IIB (TFIIB), and poly(A) 1 (PABPN1) were different infected noninfected cells, pointing virus-induced alterations dynamics these proteins.
