摘要: Abstract A NiCoCrAlYHf coating was deposited onto a third generation single crystal superalloy DD10 by arc ion plating (AIP). In the present study, thermal cyclic oxidation and interdiffusion of at 1100 °Cwere investigated to 1000 h. The surface, interface morphology phase structure organization were characterized scanning electron microscopy (SEM), energy dispersion X ray spectroscopy (EDS) diffraction (XRD). An zone (IDZ) secondary reaction (SRZ) formed after 300 h. Severe inward diffusion Al, Co Cr from outward Ni refractory elements such as Re W occur 1100 °C in air. SRZ consisting γ, γ′ topologically closed-packed (TCP) 60 μm distance surface 300 h oxidation. Additionally, development IDZ growth also observed during Subsequently, coefficients Al presented using modified form Boltzmann–Matano analysis.
