摘要: Arterial pseudoaneurysm is a rare entity following orthopedic knee surgery. This lesion has been reported in many surgical procedures such as total arthroplasty (TKA) [1, 2], open synovectomy [3], meniscectomy [4], and arthroscopy [5]. The lesions can appear at any localization around the popliteal artery [6, 7] geniculate artery, especially arthroplasty. In their review, Wilson et al. [8] revealed that of 4,350 patients undergoing elective procedures, only 27 attended vascular surgery service with arterial injury hip ankle reconstruction. Only 3 had developed pseudoaneurysm. aim this paper to present case patient who presented symptoms deep venous thrombosis after primary TKA.
