摘要: Targetoid haemosiderotic haemangioma (THH) can be differentiated from other angiomatous lesions by the characteristic findings on clinical and histological examination. Clinically solitary is suggestive of a melanocytic or origin, surrounded haemorrhagic halo in acute phase. Histological vary depending duration alteration. The pattern has superficial deep dermal component. In papillary body lesional capillaries are lined prominent endothelial cells. surrounding tissue oedematous contains masses erythrocytes haemosiderin lymphocytic infiltrate. Vessels deeper dermis have lymphatic appearance surround adnexal structures. Further possible similarities with Kaposi sarcoma dissecting vascular lumina between collagen bundles spindle cell areas. However, no atypical cells, eosinophilic globules apoptotic Immunohistochemical investigations, which now revealed BMA 120 for first time THH as well factor VIII-R antigen Ulex europaeus I lectin, not so far made any substantial contribution to differential diagnosis histogenesis THH, because markers distinguishing endothelia still lacking.
