摘要: In the present research, solubility of fish oil in supercritical carbon dioxide was studied at temperatures (40, 50, 60, and 70) °C pressures (13.6, 20.4, 27.2) MPa. The fractionated samples collected were then esterified using methanol (with sodium methoxide catalyst). analyzed by GC to determine amount four fatty acid methyl ester (FAME) components extracted, namely, palmitate, oleate, EPA (5,8,11,14,17-eicosapentanoate), DHA (4,7,10,13,16,19-docosahexenoate). experimental results showed that highest (0.921 g oil/100 CO2) obtained optimum conditions 40 27.2 found be higher lower temperature fractionation time. Furthermore, average yield for combined total FAME 66 %. Methyl palmitate recorded value 30.5 % extraction c...
