摘要: SUMMARY: Pieces of the fruit body Stereum hirsutum attracted migrating plasmodia Badhamia utricularis at a distance 4 cm. Extracts bodies made with organic solvents could attract, but aqueous extracts not. Cultured mycelium and cultured also strongly, activity was not detected in culture filtrate. Phase separation phases concentrated attractive principle. Paper chromatography indicated presence single substance high which migrated isopropanol-ammonia-water an RF 0.83 to 0.88 butanol-acetic acid-water close 0.9. The active from were thermostable. attractant diffused through both gaseous phases.
