摘要: Influenzanet has been monitoring the activity of influenza-like illness (ILI) with aid volunteers via internet in Netherlands and Belgium since 2003 Portugal 2005. In contrast traditional system sentinel networks mainly primary care physicians collected European Influenza Surveillance Scheme (EISS), 2008 coordinated by Centre for Disease Control Prevention (ECDC), obtains its data directly from population. Any resident three countries can participate completing an application form on appropriate websites — degrotegriepmeting.nl Belgium, gripenet.pt which contain various medical, geographic behavioral questions. Participants report weekly website any symptoms they have experienced their last visit. ILI incidence is determined basis a uniform case definition. 2006–2007 season, 19,623 persons participated Netherlands, 7,025 3,118 Portugal. The rise, peak decline occurred at similar times according to ECDC. However, attack rates (8.7%), (8.1%) (7.3%) were remarkably more than ECDC (0.8%, 3.9%, 0.6% respectively). Monitoring direct participation provides curves compared Whereas established whose validated virology tests, fast flexible uniformity allows comparison between countries. A current objective engage
