摘要: Abstract We systematically study the influence of relative lateral position front and back periodic textures on light absorption in microcrystalline Si thin film solar cells by finite difference time domain method. show that there is an optimum match between textures, which allows maximum to be obtained cells. A shift breaks symmetry conformal cell structure, can result more wave modes
