摘要: Bone regeneration is a complex, well-orchestrated physiological process involving number of cell types and intracellular extracellular molecular signaling pathways [1]. grafts provide structural framework for clot development, maturation remodeling that supports bone formation in osseous defects. These materials must possess biocompatibility osteoconductivity, as well the properties support osteogenesis. The ideal charac‐ teristics graft are it be nontoxic, non-antigenic, resistant to infection, easily adaptable, readily sufficiently available stimulate new attachment able trigger osteogenesis [2].
