摘要: OBJECTIVE To assess the feasibility of 12-lead electrocardiographic (ECG) measures such as P wave dispersion (PWd), QT interval, (QTd), Tp-e Tp-e/QT and Tp-e/QTc ratio in predicting poor outcome patients diagnosed with sepsis pediatric intensive care unit (PICU). METHODS Ninety-three sepsis, severe or septic shock 103 age- sex-matched healthy children were enrolled into study. PWd, QTd, interval Tp-e/QT, ratios obtained from a electrocardiogram. RESULTS significantly higher compared controls. During study period, 41 had died. In multivariate logistic regression analyses, only was found to be an independent predictor mortality. CONCLUSION The ECG measurements can predict sepsis. may valuable tool mortality for PICU.
