摘要: Purpose: To describe our experience and operative technique for retroperitoneoscopic nephrectomy pyonephrosis to compare the results with those of open surgery. Patients Methods: Since October 1998, 23 successful nephrectomies were performed in institution (Group A). These patients compared patients, matched by age, sex, body weight, who underwent classic lumbotomy B). The two groups terms time, blood loss, hospital stay, wound complications, time return previous occupation. Results: All features studied except significantly different favor laparoscopy. Conclusion: Although technically difficult, is feasible. extraperitoneal approach allows direct access renal hilum helps avoid spillage pus into peritoneum.
