摘要: Purpose: To describe our experience and operative technique for retroperitoneoscopic nephrectomy pyonephrosis to compare the results with those of open surgery. Patients Methods: Since October 1998, 23 successful nephrectomies were performed in institution (Group A). These patients compared patients, matched by age, sex, body weight, who underwent classic lumbotomy B).
