摘要: In 2006, Zanzibar endorsed a new Educational and Training policy that was based on an evaluation of the Education Master Plan for years 1996 to 2006. The is entitled “Zanzibar Basic Improvement Project” (ZABEIP). background Zanzibar’s educational program had achieved number successes but unresolved problems in such areas as quality education, pre-primary childhood education literacy.
