Group decision making techniques for risk assessment: a literature review and research directions

摘要: Risk assessment is part of a decision making process that help organizations to achieve intended objectives. For this purpose, the literature presents several studies propose computing with words (CW) combined techniques. It common sense in organizational context, risk should be reached by group experts. However, it was not found attempts review for techniques support assessment. Therefore, paper 87 since 1996 bibliometric analysis considering their year publication, country, journal and subject. Also, reviewed were classified according inputs (crisp or soft), linguistic representations methods. The results showed predominance Multicriteria Decision Making (MCDM) methods an increase fuzzy sets generalization proposals. In addition, majority apply aggregation individual experts judgments instead consensus. Finally, suggests some research directions further studies.
