摘要: Japanese black (JB) calves have greater susceptibility to infectious diseases compared Holstein (Hol) calves. In order clarify the differences in cellular immune status between JB and Hol calves, leukocyte population lymphocyte proliferative ability were analyzed. total 200 healthy 1 day 14 weeks of age, examined: 105 95 Lower numbers peripheral blood percentage mononuclear cells CD3(+)TcR1-N12(+) T major histocompatibility complex class-II(+)CD14(-) B observed Hol. The TcR1-N12(+)CD25(+) cell was significantly lower than that at 4-6, 8-10 weeks. Interleukin (IL)-2 sensitivity Hol, significant age groups 6-8 10-14 These findings indicated γδ might be associated with specificity systems
