摘要: A fermentation approach utilizing Paenibacillus sp. to process chitin was developed. The obtained from this is called fermentation-processed (FPC), and it further investigated with chitinase affinity adsorption studies together three other adsorbents, i.e. crab shell chitin, colloid enzyme-processed chitin. results showed that FPC had the highest capacity. Under 15 °C pH 5.0, exhibited an optimal capacity of 85.9 U/g, which 61.9% higher than colloidal With 0.02 M acetic acid as eluent, a purification-fold 10.3 97% recovery obtained. surface morphology indicated modified fiber-like structure deep pores.
