摘要: Abstract The effect of acute renal failure (ARF) on the metabolism and covalent binding to plasma proteins (PP) [ 14 C]captopril ([ C]CP) was investigated in Wistar rat vivo vitro using human plasma. In rat, ARF induced by parenteral administration glycerol. Glycerol-induced markedly reduced excretion C]CP, major route elimination drug control rats, but did not alter clearance C]CP. However, there a significant increase concentrations C]CP mixed disulphides with glutathione, cysteine PP. disulphide formation result an concentration radioactivity lung, liver, kidney, spleen or bile. Thus, rats excreted 9.64 ± 4.24% dose into bile 3 hr while 7.14 2.46%. , reacted rapidly form endogenous thiols With uraemic plasma, decrease amount covalently bound PP from both man rat.
