Suppression of antiferroelectricity in TiSe2 by excess carriers

摘要: Analysis of the optical reflectivity spectra TiSe2 at room temperature shows that lattice polarizabilityet* as well electronic polarizability ɛ∞ are unusually large. This suggests to us phase transition atT0=200 K is a phonon-driven antiferroelectric transition. The properties such soft-mode in semi-metal investigated. It found excess carriers suppress and resistivity varies |T−T0|−1.
