摘要: The ALESS survey has followed up on a sample of 122 sub-millimeter sources in the Extended Chandra Deep Field South at 870 μm with Atacama Large Millimeter Array (ALMA), allowing us to pinpoint positions galaxies (SMGs) ∼0.3 arcsec and find their precise counterparts different wavelengths. This enabled first compilation multi-wavelength spectral energy distributions (SEDs) statistically reliable SMGs. In this paper, we present new calibration magphys SED modeling code that is optimized fit these ultraviolet-to-radio SEDs star-forming using an balance technique connect emission from stellar populations, dust attenuation, physically consistent way. We derive robust estimates photometric redshifts physical parameters (such as masses, star formation rates (SFRs), masses) for SMGs have median mass , SFR overall V-band attenuation mag, average temperature K. intrinsic resembles local ultra-luminous infrared range, but our SMG brighter bluer, indicating lower possibly because they are more extended. explore how vary (redshift, flux, total luminosity), provide set templates can be used interpret other observations. To put into context, compare masses SFRs those less actively same redshifts. about half lie above main sequence (with three times larger than normal mass), while being high-mass end sequence. At higher (), tend fraction significantly decreases third.
