摘要: Perche parlare di emorragie, e perche farne un ematologo? La risposta che l’emorragia massiva ancor oggi rilevante problema clinico in molti ambiti. L’emorragia incontrollabile responsabile del 40% delle morti per trauma, quali almeno il 60% si verifica dopo ricovero ospedaliero [1–5], ma puo complicare anche gli interventi chirurgia maggiore i trapianti d’organo, la cardiochirurgia epatica, aumentandone mortalita arrivare fino al 20% [6, 7].
