摘要: With the increasing penetration of wind energy into system, natural characteristic power challenges operation system. In company maturity storage technologies, utility-scale system (ESS) is suggested to be a practical solution for windfarm operation. Owing multiple functions required ESS in windfarm, capacity usage planning needs better optimization balancing financial objectives and emergency support needs. this paper, an optimal function-provided scheme corresponding control strategies configured proposed. The proposed could reasonably plan so that benefit bringing ensured at same time. A case study has been provided end paper. simulation results, finds equilibrium coordination every function’s performance guaranteed.
