AI Based Framework for Dynamic Modeling of Software Maintenance Effort Estimation

摘要: With the growth of IT and software industry there has been a shift in development paradigm from traditional techniques based to object-oriented component-based techniques. Due this dynamic changes occur technology, environment many other qualitative/quantitative factors, leading increased maintenance effort. The challenge then lies inaccurately modeling estimating effort under such dynamically emerging circumstances. This paper summarizes some recent advances field estimation. Various new static factors their roles prediction are discussed, on them framework is proposed. Artificial intelligence contemplated research, mainly functional networks based. Further, proposed needs be validated with real life project data.
