摘要: Fault tolerance is an important aspect in real-time computing. In control systems, tasks could be faulty due to various reasons. Faulty may compromise the performance and safety of whole system even cause disastrous consequences. this paper, we describe On-demand guard (ORTEGA), a new software fault architecture for systems. ORTEGA has high coverage reliability. Compared with existing architectures, such as Simplex, allows more efficient resource utilizations enhances flexibility. These advantages are achieved through on-demand detection recovery tasks. applicable most industrial applications where both usage desired.
