Influence of the multiple Bragg diffraction on the light reflection spectra of inverted Opal-GaN nanocomposites

摘要: The Bragg light reflection spectra of inverted opal-GaN composite registered at a fixed angle incidence on the growth surface sample, but different azimuth positions relative to incident radiation are presented. Significant influence sample orientation shape caused by multiple diffraction is demonstrated. To explain observed effects, mechanism double system {111} and {200} planes FCC lattice proposed.
