摘要: To study the genetic variability in Glomus mosseae and Gigaspora margarita sequence similarities of ITS regions rDNA were analysed from spores collected a permanent pasture pot cultures. PCR amplification with primers ITS1 ITS4 was performed products cloned sequenced. The sequences single G. Gi. confirmed that there is variation region spore. Phenetic analysis both species supported morphological identification which placed into two separate groups. Through these an estimate diversity derived clearly showed three field at least 2–5 times more genetically diverse than one spore (field) pool (pot culture) margarita. This demonstrates high degree exists this natural population mosseae.
