摘要: Periodontitis is a common inflammatory disease characterized by complex aetiology which the result of combination genetic and environmental factors. Genetic variants linked to periodontitis were already investigated, however little was known regarding severity this disease. Recently long runs homozygosity associated with several multifactorial diseases. Therefore, in our work, we tried assess role (ROH) status. We found an association between excess due ROH staging periodontitis. More detail, total amount positively increased (p = 0.0001). Regression tree analysis showed impact burden discriminating individuals mild stages I-II III-IV (p   1). Among them, 33 genes. Interestingly, some these genes previously granulocyte or platelet measures, both onset progression periodontal Our results suggest not only single test could help risk assessment but even individual genomic features; furthermore, mapping highlighted possible multiple development.
