摘要: Four different polymer-modified mercury film electrodes (MFEs) on a glassy carbon substrate were tested for their ability to determine lead and cadmium in the presence of surfactants. The polymers used electrode modification were: Nafion, polyaniline, base-hydrolyzed cellulose acetate, poly(ethyl 3-thiophene acetate). Triton X-100, sodium dodecyl sulfate, pyridinium chloride, bovine serum albumin chosen as representatives surface active compounds. It is shown that polymer-covered are useful surfactant-containing media some instances, but none them remained unaffected by any four acetate seem be less affected proteins than bare MFE other modified electrodes. Nafion acetate-coated determination filtered acidified, otherwise untreated, water samples from sewage treatment plant. results obtained with good agreement those atomic absorption spectroscopy.
