摘要: Economies of the European Union are evolving towards competitive development along with sustainable development. For many years, these have been key elements unions strategic goals. This indicates, actions in order to achieve them on particular markets, especially monopolized markets. These includes postal services market. raises question, whether monopolization area-at least a certain segment, has an impact biggest player market when taking or not action regarding growth? Three hypotheses and their verification give answer this question. The hipotheses as follow: Poczta Polska SA is operator which ratify Universal Postal Convention, therefore, pro-environmental pro-social goals should be part actions; Operators involved environmental social activities take official strategy CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) officially announce it publicly, for instance, own websites; speak themselves - entity area will actively participate it, so that its operation known public. As research method, used case study analysis literature. paper highlights both academic well managerial implications.
