摘要: In current study, Silver nanoparticles were prepared by Sol-Gel Method using Ag (NO3).3H2O as a precursor and citric acid fuel. The of at several temperatures’ calcination (as prepared, 300, 500, 700°C). Three Williamson-Hall models, namely model uniform deformation (UDM), stress (USDM) Uniform energy density (UDEDM), have been used to estimate some the parameters microstructure like (σ), strain (e), crystallite size (D) (U) from X-Ray Diffraction data silver nanopowder.
