摘要: A mass fragmentographic method for the determination of unconjugated pterins in human urine is described. 6,7-Dimethyl- pterin, a synthetic pterin which does not occur body, added as internal standard and samples are purified by ion exchange chromatography on Dowex–50 Dowex–1 columns. The then converted to their corresponding trimethylsilyl derivatives fragments biopterin neopterin at m/e 409 fragment 6,7–dimethylpterin 320 used detection. Quantitation based ratio peak heights. electron impact chemical ionization spectra silylated were studied. We found that have similar ionisation fragmentation pattern with strong peaks derived from parent originates loss silyl–methyl group (M–15). Reduced such tetrahydrobiopterin form multiple gas chromatogramm correspond different silylation products contamination compound oxidation products.
