摘要: Purpose: To evaluate the extent of peripheral retinal nonperfusion in vein occlusion and to determine its effect on severity macular edema response treatment. Methods: This prospective clinic-based cohort study included 32 consecutive patients with refractory evaluated using spectral domain optical coherence tomography wide-field fluorescein angiography. Areas ischemia were calculated as a percentage total visible retina (ischemic index), which was when present (foveal central subfield >300 μm) had resolved ≤300 μm). Ischemic index main outcome measure. Results: The mean ischemic at enrollment 14.8% larger compared (14.8 vs. 10.3%, P 10% thicker foveal (520.8 424.5 μm, = 0.029) worse visual acuity (56.3 59 letters) presence experienced greater decrease (296.1 165.3 0.019) gain (12.4 0.9 letters, 0.036) Conclusion: area is variable affects clinical course
