摘要: Two high (NC106, NC111) and two normal (NC103, NC107) seed protein concentration lines, derived from different recurrent selection populations of soybean (Glycine max L. Merr.) were subjected to partial defoliation at beginning fill (R5) under outdoor pot culture field conditions. The aim this study was test the hypothesis that capacity store N in vegetative organs and/or mobilize reproductive is associated with trait. Symbiotic N2 fixation sole source experiment major (met > 50% requirement) low soil used experiment. Seed yield maturity both experiments accumulation mobilization between R5 measured. four genotypes did not differ significantly respect amount accumulated before (R5). Removal up leaflets per trifoliolate leaf decreased NC107/111 but had no effect on trait NC103/106. Defoliation treatments yield, whole plant (N2-fixation) during growth all genotypes. Differences harvest indices lines accounted for approximately 35% differences concentration. mobilized more (average. 5.26 g plant−1) than 4.28 plant−1). exhibited relative dependencies mobilization, 45% vs. 29%, control treatment. Whereas, NC103 NC106 similar (47% 45%). Collectively, these results indicate stored shoot greater absolute contribution requirement are responsible
