摘要: In this work we present for the first time an application of PARAllel FACtor (PARAFAC) analysis to investigation Ion Beam Induced Luminescence (IBIL) spectra Ag+↔Na+ ion exchanged silicate glasses, in order check possibility obtain additional information on formation silver aggregates under irradiation by a proper statistical rearrangement experimental spectra. We decomposed data PARAFAC taking into account both IBIL emission features and their evolution as function time. Shape trend extracted components were correlated concentration investigated systems. Strength weakness approach applied recorded evidenced discussed.
