摘要: Wind power generators will become increasingly useful in modern systems; therefore, they should be able to support the system frequency a way similar that of conventional generators. Droop and virtual inertia are most reported methods literature. However, their impact on generator stability, when double-mass mechanical dynamics wind considered, has not been addressed thoroughly. In this paper, small-signal modeling, analysis, eigenvalues studies used show incorporating regulation can expose its shaft forces stimulating natural resonance lead instability. This paper shows frequency-regulating must studied enhanced individually but as part whole stability analyses. To overcome problem caused by implementing generators, investigates different alternatives stabilize and, at same time, minimize undesirable interference controllers. Time-domain simulation results validate analytical discussions.
