摘要: In this study, we focused on microfluidic electrochemical analysis of zinc complexes (Zn(phen)(his)Cl2, Zn(his)Cl2) and ZnS quantum dots (QDs) using printed electrodes. This method was chosen due to the simple (easy use) instrumentation variable setting flows. Reduction signals under strictly defined controlled conditions (pH, temperature, flow rate, accumulation time applied potential) were studied. We showed that increasing concentration led a decrease in signal significant shift potential more positive values. The most likely explanation result is strongly bound complex its distribution electrode very limited. Changing pH from 3.5 5.5 resulted intensification Zn(II) reduction signal. also characterized by UV/VIS spectrophotometry, chromatography, ESI-QTOF mass spectrometry.
