摘要: Purpose To test a combination of dexamethasone intravitreal implant with macular grid laser for edema in patients branch retinal vein occlusion (BRVO). Design Prospective interventional, randomized, multicenter study. Methods Patients secondary to BRVO underwent an Ozurdex at baseline. After 1 month, were randomly assigned 2 study groups. Group 1 followed up monthly and retreated whenever there was recurrence or decrease best-corrected visual acuity (BCVA). In performed between weeks 6 8. that, as 1. Results 4 months, mean BCVA 0.49 ± 0.35 logMAR central thickness (CRT) 391 172 μm; both improved significantly 6 months, 0.32 0.29 322 160 μm, respectively. 2, CRT reduced 291 76 μm 0.25 0.20 logMAR. At the final visit, 0.18 0.14 271 44 μm. The number implants 4 months 12 25 (48%) vs 3 (12%) ( P  = .012). 6 months 0 (0%) .23) retreated. Conclusions is synergistic increasing lengthening time injections.
