摘要: With olive-mill wastewater (`alpechin') as the nutrient medium, theinfluence of specific rate aeration and initial alpechin concentrationhave been analysed in cultures Chlorella pyrenoidosa, exposed bothto continuous intermittent illumination (12/12 h light/dark cycles). The stirring bioreactor, well pH temperature werefixed previously at 180 rpm, 6.5 30 °C, respectively. Themaximum growth (μm) biomass productivity(b) were determined kinetic parameters. chlorophyll, protein andcarbohydrate contents evaluated, fatty-acid compositionof lipid fraction. experimental conditions most conducive to abalanced composition with regard proteins lipids were: concentration 10% (v/v), illumination,and 1 L (litre cell suspension)-1 min-1. Under these conditions, highest values μm b wereclose 0.04 h-1 1.4 10-3 g L-1 h-1,
