摘要: In this paper we present a hardware-software co-synthesis algorithm, called COWLS, which targets embedded system composed of servers and low-power clients communicate with each other through channel limited bandwidth, e.g., wireless link. Clients may be mobile. COWLS allows both hard soft real-time constraints. It simultaneously optimizes the price client-server system, power consumption client, response times tasks have only deadlines, while meeting all deadlines. produces numerous solutions trade off different architectural features, price, consumption, time, an system. As far as know, is first algorithm its kind. We experimental results synthesizing low power, camera well several randomized examples.
